I found the staff friendly and competent, especially Evelyn and Cleo, who were very cute. The breakfast had plenty of choice. It was a great start to the day. My room was quiet and clean. I appreciated the convenient location for public transport access to all parts of the city.

The family room, while spacious, featured a double sofa bed that I found quite uncomfortable due to the prominent metal bars (it made for a restless night).

The hotel provided twin beds as i requested. the parking area felt secure, i appreciated that. breakfast offered many choices. It was really good (i especially liked the pastries). the staff acted professionally and courteously.

i noticed the wash basin in the toilet drained slowly, it was a bit annoying.
